I've tried the exact password i used when creating a ubi account to log in to the promotional section and all i get over and over is "invalid password". I've tried every other password i've ever used on stuff just to be sure but it aint any of them.. I know i'm using the right password because as soon as i made the account i wrote it down.. So i changed my password over the net through the standard procedures but it still wont let me log in?

I too am not understanding this additional content password thing. I tried my ubi account password and it is invalid. I have been told to find codes at cheat sites. Why would I have to cheat to accomplish this? I don't understand why UBI would put this in here and not provide us with the information on how to use it. That's frikkin stupid. Also, I went to their support site, LOGGED IN, it said welcome philb1957, and when i clicked on the ask a question tab, it went to the login screen and repeated attempts to login again only brought back the login screen. If you want to ask UBI a question, you get logged out automatically and it won't let you back in. What the heck?

There is a series of codes on the net. You will have to try them until you find one that works.
