Your Online key is the one on the back of your booklet inside your case.

When you purchased the game online, you should have received an e-mail with your key included. The key may have also been on the checkout page after you placed your order. If you printed a receipt after paying, you can check that for the key. Also, check the e-mail account of the address you used when purchasing the game (including any Spam or Junk E-mail folders) to see if it's there. It may be labeled "Product Key", "CD Key", "Activation Code" or similar. It should consist of groups of numbers and letters separated by dashes, such as:
FCY2-AB34-78TY-Q7RS
Failing that, contact the download service that you purchased the game from. Assuming the purchase is fairly recent (ie; in the last 30 days), they should be able to retrieve your order and obtain your CD key for you. You may also be able to get this information by logging into your account on the site you purchased the game from.
Hope this helps.

While we're on the subject, any idea why it won't let me enter in numbers into that "online key" field? :\ That's kinda... you know... important.*edit* Nevermind, for no reason, FC2 creates symbols over the numbers up top when Caps Lock is on.

Make sure you're not confusing the number 1 with the letter l as they often look strikingly similar, particularly in the font used on the manual for the CD Key. Same goes for the number 0 and the letter O. Also, the letter B and the number 8. The tail on a Q is also hard to see sometimes and can be easily confused with the number 0 or letter O.
Affirm that Caps Lock is turned off, as this causes some problems entering the key. For capital letters, use the shift key.
If you're still having trouble, you might want to contact Ubi support to see if they can help you out. The online ticket system is a bit iffy at times, so I would just locate the local support office and give them a ring.

LMFAO people just open up your Far cry 2 DVD case and take out the book that is in there. Now turn it over and look to the buttom of the very back page of that book. The CD-Key should look something like this: FC2-****-****-****-**** All being in upper case letters. Just use any ubi.com registered name you made by going directly in your internet exploer or w/e you use for browsing the web and typing UBI.com then register an account. Then in the game for the login use that ubi.com account(name/pass) you just made. then enter your CD-Key all in lower case letters (no caps) and use the (-). 100% will work everytime. And for those crying about losing there CD-Keys...Ever read that instruction manual b4? Has ubisoft # on the last inside page of the book. (919) 460-9778 open Monday through Friday from 9am to 9pm Eastern Time. or goto http://support.ubi.com , and if you feel like just writing them; write at: Ubisoft Technical Support 3200 Gateway Centre Blvd. Suite 100 Morrisville, NC 27560 CD-Key can be purchase cheaply around $5-$10-$15 dollars.
