I do not entirely agree with the whole 16 character/special character theory that seems to work for some of you. My reasons are that it didn't work for someone, two hosters I have played under had names like ***_*****_*** (*'s of course being part of the name I won't reveal because I respect their privacy, but all of the *'s are capital letters.) and cpt-****. I think it may be that you must have a required length to your u.n. like 10-15 characters. It hasn't worked for me and that is probably because my u.n. is HelghasTrooper13. But I agree it should be fixed because I'd be losing my rank 10 in Far Cry 2 and my 50% complete psn rank 5.
