Fix cropped widescreen! Im just going to keep posting until they fix it.

I have gotten to Hakim Echebbi at the stranded barge and I can't continue. The game has a major glitch. He is not in the wheel house but underneath on deck. When I go into the wheel house he speaks to me as if i were next to him. Then I go on deck to him and the Y button appears to speak to him. I push Y and Nothing. I can't continue. What should I do? I see other people had this same problem on IGN forum.

The game will not let me talk to him when the Y icon appears on the screen. I have killed all the men around him and thats it. He tells me that was close. My objective tells me I have to talk to him but I can't. Like I said when I go to talk to him the Y icon appears but when I press it nothing happens. GLITCH. If ubisoft can't help me they shouldn't release games when the game is not finished. I have better things to do than play broken games. If there are no downloads for my xbox 360 to fix this glitch then I should be refunded the game, the money, or something. I purchased this game and can only play half (46%).

(XBOX)Has anyone else had this problem. I see others had the problem in an IGN forum. So I get to play half the game and UBI gets all my money. Ubi support tells me "Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Technical Support. Unfortunately, the issue you are having is related to general gameplay hints and tips that is either covered in the manual, or is available via another source such as the Ubisoft forums".

WHAT!!!!! Screen says push Y. SO I do and Nothing.

You guys kinda neglected the 360 compared to the PC, no zoom function(I heard there was on the PC) and no saving where ever we want. Good game though

P.S. How do you use the aim assist in the game? I see you can turn it on and off but I don't know what it does.

i'd like to sugest 2 aditions to the game. First I would like it if you could put an option in the settings to turn off the explicit language and second it is a shame that you have such a perfect story line and game setup for a 2 player co-operative game but dont offer it. I think it would be amazing to be able to work with someone else to beat the game. the jeeps and boats are already set up for a driver and a gunner. thanks for your time.

I have now played every official map 4 times, deleted the fortunes content, removed all things Far Cry 2 from my Hard Drive and tried reinstalling them. Tried playing full ranked matches on the fortunes maps. NOTHING WORKS. This apparently has to do with downloading the DLC for the game before I played a full match on all the original maps.

This is a TERRIBLE glitch that really needs to be fixed. I'm still open to ANY advice that anyone who has run into this might have, but what we need is a patch.

I think that's a bug. I face the same problem now on my Xbox360. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

I have read you need people alive in your buddy list to continue the story on some missions. If your buddies are dead, the-----n, get some who are imprisond at a compound. hope that helps.
