UBI was carrying out maintenance on their whole network for the last few days. A message was posted to the general discussion forum and an extensive thread started... The place the message should at least have been mirrored was here.

btw you didn't IMHO come across as ignorant, just passionate about the game, but lacking all the facts, even tho you came ot the right place to get them! lol

The cd key problem continues - it seems a patch that releases the CD Key bind when the client recieves a disconnect message would be easy.

Nevertheless, to have such a problem since the day the game was purchased (for me, 6 weeks) is very frustrating.

Guess I'll move on, sell the game to the local traders, and NOT recommend it (or, at least, paying for it) to anybody, anywhere.

How many more messages like the above are required before someone takes note?

yes im having the same problem ived tryed the lot ,still no joy !!!! so you not wot ijust unistalled the game put the cd in the box and gave it to the dog to eat he didnt even like it ,so ubi-soft ram yer game were the sun dont shin BAH shame its a gide game

First off im reporting you to the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA), you should know that the CD should be fed to the dog without the case...

Okay seriously just in case anyone is stupid enough, do not feed the game to animals!

I am sorry you are so frustrated, but at least your sense of humour is still intact!
If you have a problem please raise a thread here and we will try and help.

I should point out however that this is a volunteer community forum, and not the UBI help desk, none of the regular contributors or Moderators work for UBI.
If you want to rant at them their email addy is on the website, hell we might just join you!

As I say, please raise a thread with as much detail of your problem and the steps you have tried... It is very rare that we cant find a solution, even if it is a drastic one! (Format C:!!!)
