i click the icon after first installation and it said finishing installation and then it said activating ur product and then it said connecting to internet and it said if i coodnt connect, open internet and do the steps. and then it just went to a blank screen. and then i had to close it! so i tried opening internet and then doing it but it woodnt work.. heres a screen shot!

Check your firewall. Maybe 'Internet Security' program blocking, or awaiting your input in a window underneath?
