I have made 73% progress in the game, and there are two missions available on the Bowa Seko map, indicated by a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark inside of it: one is at the APR location in Mosato Selao, and the other one is located at the bar at the Marina. Usually when there is a mission available at a certain location, a white hand symbol appears on the screen when your character steps in front of the door. However, when I try to access either briefing location, the hand does not appear, and I cannot open the door. I also tried to load a saved game that I saved before completing the mission that came before the two missions that are currently available that I cannot access, and I still cannot access [the two briefing locations].

I have the exact same issue. Is there going to be a patch for this?

Any solutions????I'm stuck too. Same % I can go into the main mission room, after the dude pats you down, but all the doors are closed.

Can't even get a hand to come up at teh Marina....how unfortunate this is.

What did you guys do?

Do either of you have a buddy rescue-ready? I had a similair problem where I only had one mission left in the north (APR) but the door guard wasn't there so it wouldn't let me in! OUt of frustration I just started shooting in the cease-fire zone, a rescue-ready buddy I had forgotten about pulled me out, and when I went back to the mission location the guard was back and everything worked fine.

Just something you might want to try before you give up

Thanks for the info but didn't work. Guess I'll go back a couple missions and see if it happens again

So, I went back 3 missions (62%) and just played the main missions, no bar missions (i had done 3 previously in between the main missions), and i got past 73%.

I noticed the mission after you get past the blown bridge (73%), one of you friends is waiting for you at UFl headquarters rather than calling you on the phone. I wonder if there's some bug where they die, thus making that mission impossible?

Anyways at least I can finsih...
