I added the bonus code and I got the "Successfully" added bonus mission message. But when I go into the game, I do not see any envelope icons on the map. I see they are on the "Map Legend" but none on the map itself. Do I just need to drive around and then something will "POP UP" during my drive like it does on the GPS for diamonds?

Forgot to mention... it is on a PS3. I don't think this matters though.

You will get a phone call at some point, and after that you will occationally see an envelope icon, and a white circle on your map. You must go to those locations to retrieve info to complete the missions.
