If FC2 is officially delayed till Fall 2008, they should lock this FC2 forum since anything worth saying has already been said, and the only thing left to post are topics like:

Woah, I dunno about you guys but this is news to me. It's been pushed WAY back, that's like the end of 08, pushing 09.

I'm suprised and disappointed.

If Clint Hocking said they were on schedule for March release just the other day, I believe him. He would know better than anyone. The game is obviously pretty much done, it's just being held back by the publisher. *angry*

Maybe Ubi have moved to the southern hemisphere, which would explain the release date. Wishful thinking...

I'm not surprised,and I want a Farcry2 that is lean&mean on a non-topnotch system!
And I want the 3D-experience I mentioned HERE!

But I also want a demo-level,like the Fort-demo for Farcry1,that really gave an amazing preview,
and turned me on for the game-release!

I don't think they would've officially announced anything if it wasn't true, or at least as true as they know.

But everyone has their own thoughts...

At least crysis didnt lie to me it was released on time..dont say your ganna have something in march.then say it will be november..common sence tells you that.I guess we still have that amungest our brothern...but i wont argue with you.your thoughts as well as mine are just that a thought .or jester..and to inform you i buy the game i like.if they are 5 i buy them if 1 i buy it,But if i get a run-a-round i dont.

i can understand a delay of two months but six months is a bit too much
the games already in beta i dont get it
they better give us a good reason for the delay

You do realise that Crysis was around 12 months late from its initial projected release
Did it being moved back by another month only 7 days before it was due to be released also pass you by?

Thats the way of things in the Gaming industry.

The same people whining that they want it released now would be the first to complain if it was buggy and needed patching.

If the employees were accepted to release dates as they wanted to I think it would become quite a big mess actually.

I'm not saying that I know anything, just the newest announcement (according to Achilles, hanz_H)

I sir dont care when crysis was released thats another game ,if i was wrong then i was wong,i dont look at dates i never followed crysis as i am with this game .I loved far cry and couldnt wait for another one for pc,as reading these post it did say march,even back last year..of couse we dont want a butcherd game ..but when a relase date is posted then that should be a close date..if the game is with trouble then post here.. this game has problums ,we need another 8 months to fix it please be patient..see thats not hard to say...
