ok farcry was a great game but was rushed to be complete so taht it gets out before halflife and doom 3 it makes no sense that there is not trijans there was still trijans left on the islands after the last level volcano jack carver should really be in farcry 2 it makes more sense for it to be on a island setting rather then A african setting the mutants did not die! you see doyle said you cannot change the future jack so in farcry 2 shouldent there be mutants because there is still mutants on the island and the ending really blowed for farcry 1 he killed doyle got the serum and healed jill and thats it! farcry 2 should be them going to africa or back to islands to stop them before they harm lives! think about the story line the ending of farcry 1 was incomplete

As far as I know the storyline from FarCry 1 WAS continued in FarCry:Instincts or Evolution or whatever they called it.

It's time for a new story, new setting, new bad guys, a fresh start. I'm all for it.

As the hero in Far Cry 2 you wake up and realize that the whole Far Cry 1 experience was a dream.

You are not really some ex-black ops dude named Jack Carver, there is no girl, no trigens, no island paradise. You pay the girl at the front desk at Total Recall and savor your implanted memories. Maybe next time you will "go" to Mars.

Anyway, as I see it, the title 'Farcry 2' is confusing. Some people seem to think that '2' means that it's a sequel of some kind. (fools)

As far as I can tell, it has nothing to do with Farcry, except that Ubi baught the right to stamp 'Farcry' on anything they want. Well, they paid good money for it, so they might as well enjoy themselves.

That said, I've never been more excited for an upcoming game. Go go, dev team!

I agree with wicker1994. The ending of Far Cry 1 was incomplete. I wanna see trijans again. Developers can continue the story of FC 1. It is easy! The target of Jack or Val was not to escape trijans from the island. They only destroyed all labs, but trijans didn't all die.

none of the trigens could swim it was their achilles heal

and the only way to kill em in the waterfall level
when u only had 10 poxy bullets

plus from what i heard they were affected by colds as well lol

MODs Matto series, Catalyst, Inferno, Farmer Jack, Pandemie, The Day After. Plus at least a hundred sp_maps. Everyone should've just about overdosed on Jack by now (not really) and be ready for something fresh in FC2. The world moves on.
