That is 3 times now... which means I have lost more XP in 3-days than I currently have in 18-days played online.

I started today at 9200 XP and went up to 10500ish. I logged out... came back in... was at 9200. So, I played again... and got to 11200... logged out... came back later... I was at 9700... played again... got up to 12,000... logged out... 10,200. I then played to 17,000... and just now... logged in... 15,300 (or around there).

Any other developer would be ashamed of this problem and work extremely hard to make sure none of their customers suffer massive XP loss. Why do the FC2 devs not care enough to even tell us if they are working on fixing this problem?

Amazing. I was going to buy Prince of Persia... but now I am skipping it.

I don't know first hand, but all the reviews I've read is PoP is horribly dumbed down. Most likely aimed for the casual young consoler. Surprise, surprise.

Prince of persia: Sands of Time, is way better than POP: warrior within. WW has way too much fighting, and POP: SoT is more like the origional POP with lots of jumping and acrobatics. and So far I dont like the look of the new 1, from the trailers Ive seen.

But like Farcry 2 , I got so hacked off with having to hit monsters so many times I dont play it any more.

The important element here is... WE LOSE CONSTANT XP IN THE MULTIPLAYER. I don't think many are even aware of how much. Start writing down how much XP you have before you shut the game down and how much you have when you come back. Keep track of it and then add it up after a week. You will be shocked at how much you are losing.

It is like swimming upstream in stormy weather. You barely gain anything because the game keeps pushing you back. This should have been the first problem the developers fixed on DAY ONE.

I was talking to a buddy of mine about this problem and mentioned that I created a thread in this forum. He asked if anyone had said anything... I said no. To which he said:

"That is probably because so few play this game online, they have no clue there is a problem."

At least on the PS3, this is true. I saw two full CTD servers today. Only two.

Or it's because they play because it's fun, and XP tax is not the biggest problem they're dealing with in their lives.

Yeah i've been having a similar problem, i believe its twice now, I've earned a diamond, but when I stop playing and come back later, the diamond/my upgrades are gone. anybody got any tips?

If you want to just play to play and don't care about rank... then do it in the player matches. You have no worry about rank. On ranked servers, we play there BECAUSE WE CARE ABOUT RANK.

There are no tips. This is a flaw in the game's network/system. The devs have not even acknowledged it, as far as I can see, and yet it happens to everyone. Not just most people. EVERYONE. And it happens every time. So, you lose about half your XP every time you play. Which means it is not a tax, it is a robbery.

I lost my XP aswell.
For a game with such a good single player, I want to know why the multiplayer is so bland. Sure you can make your own maps, but all the maps I've played blow, theres no cover, and everyone just runs around with machetes.
I've also noticed that my vision stays messed up after the desert screws with it -_-. I had to play through the barge mission with blur-o-vision.
UBISOFT patch this game for god's sake! and do it right this time!

Started tody with 24000+ xp and in one deathmatch had a score of -9111 xp. Im down a rank+ yet still have my diamonds. I'll bet when I hit rank 20 the "you have diamonds" nag will be there forever. This game is seriously broken.

they need a bungie programmer in this game, badly this game has so much potential

yeasterday i lost 4900+ exp as well nice going on that PATCH by the way and yet i still cant finish the STORY mode. When we going to get a straight awnser from some UBI guys, not some saying your working on it lol, Heard that before and look where we are still
