I complained here about hosts that ban you, people leaving games, unfair teams etc., but all of that is not so important. (Or wouldn't be, if...)
A few days ago, i was able to host 5 (!!) matches in a row, with people who liked balanced teams and about 8 of those guys stayed in for all 5 (again: !!) matches. And if you have 8-10 people allready in a game, the last places get filled very fast, so we also didn't had to wait forever!
So if Ubi would fix that issue, i promise i'll never complain about anything else again!
question black, if the dev team has been split up is there a point to posting anything to the report bugs/issues section? do we know if anyone is still working on this game at all?

No that's a good question. It is still a good idea to use the threads given to help keep all of the problems consolidated into one space. That way if someone is looking into the issues they have 1 thread to go to and not 10,000. It can get hard for us to decipher what is really going on if they're all over the place and the Developers don't have the time to read the entire Forum.
You are definitely not blind because the link is broken and I couldn't find it anywhere either! I would just make sure that you put PS3 in your Topic Header instead of putting it in the 360 Feedback thread. I read all the Topics and will include it in my report. I would also suggest reporting it to Ubisoft Support. The link is in my sig.
