How do we move on? or have we wasted money on a game hat cant be finished?

It think this mission has serious problems. I have got the prisoner out on a few occasions. Right when you are about to go in the building, you hear the person upstairs say something about a guard ( helps to have subs turned on here). Every time I hear it , the way is opened.Everytime I didn't hear it....locked. Ok , now for the supreme BS. Out of 5 rescues , 3 times my save files have been corrupted immediately after this mission. The room she's in has a save point .Here's what I tried.
1st Save before speaking to her.......corrupt 1 time successful 1 time
2nd After talking.............corrupt ( only tried this one once)
3rd Went all the way to a safe house b4 saving.......corrupt 1 successful 1
All I can say ( after finally getting in the damn room) is cross your fingers and hopefully have an assload of backed up saves.
