Weapons that i want to see in Farcry 2 are grenade launchers , Assult rifles like the AK-47 and M-16 .I also want to see a gattling gun thats like the one in DOOM 3 but without the computer showing you how many bullets that you have left in the clip. I also want to see more silenced weapons in the game like the scout rifle and carbine . Also i would like to see some laser scoped weapons like a High-Tech sniper rifle . For vehicles i would like to see a GI Jeep that has a .50 caliber machine gun on the back of it. I would also like to see a Car that has a missle system on the back of it.(the missles that would be shot out of it would be non-heat seekers and will be a little stronger than an RPG'S Damage.)Thats all that i can think of right now , So if you have an idea for a weapon or a vehicle that should be in this game please post here.

I think I'm going to be satisfied no matter what, from what I've seen already. I like to see crude old Russian-imported weapons and even home-made jobs. AK's, RPGs, heavy machineguns, rifles and pretty much anything with a wood finish. This game seems to have a flamethrower that can rip through trees and houses leaving everything gutted, so I'm happy. A couple of more advanced weapons from the inevitable high-tech faction would be good too.

As for vehicles, I would like to see mostly crappy civilian vehicles, like utes/pickups and 4WDs that can carry a posse of militia in the back. But then there has to be proper military vehicles like helicopters, tanks, army trucks and even jets.

Good news, you get all three weapons in FC2. I the screen shots that I have seen in the Gamestar magazine it shows Jack with an AKM-47 fighting off some back guys, then in another picture he has a FN M249 SPW fighting off a whole group in a village, and finally one picture shows Jack with an RPG-7 blowing up a truck (awesome explosion effects BTW). There also appears to be several different rifles that you can play around with including an elephant gun, and a couple of different hunting rifles. Pretty cool if you ask me.

Okay i came up with more weapons and vehicles that should be in farcry2 . The first vehicle that was on my mind is an APC . The APC doesn't have to be like a Striker type APC but it should be like an RMV that has double the armor \ Armament and more troop capacity than the RMV in the first Farcry.Basically in a short term a super transport truck. For weapons i would like to see TripBombs .(A TripBomb is an explosive device that blows up when a person goes through the laser that the tripbomb admitts or a string attached to bomb that blows up when the Tripwire connected to it breaks) Also for weapons i would like to see Mounted Gattling gun that would be more effective than the mounted machine gun in terms of firepower.Also one thing about the mounted weapons that should be edited or added to the map editor tool is that the mounted guns should be able to shoot lower than 100 degrees but shouldent be able to shoot any lower than 135 degrees . Also please give us the Mounted weapons that are mounted by one big suport beam that is bolted down into the ground. The game creators i know has this modification in the defualt Map called Hollow Town in Farcry Instincts Predator.

i wanna see those little light-weight copters like james bond used in UonlyLive2: little nellie it was called. it should have only one seat, open cockpit and can drop bombs or smoke.

I am just glad the para is in FC2! God, I would buy this game simply to go on Rambo spree's with that weapon

I hope they bring back some of the PC version classics, like the Jackhammer, 50 cal. sniper rifle, and the Missle Pod. I hope they also implement some weaponary that would actually be in africa, like AK-47s, AK-74Us, and other guerilla type weapons.

Also, the Sri Lankan SR88 and the Israeli Galil, and the new fangled rifle they have as well. Good to see the Minimi, but what's wrong with the plain old Brit GPMG? I would like to see that too. Since Africa is in the game, why not have an elephant rifle? Oh yes, any jeeps should be the Toyota pickup that Top Gear had fun trying to wreck! As for shotguns, why not the bushmaster 12 shot cylindrical mag shotgun? It was after all developed as a result of experience gained in bush wars. Other jeeps should be Land Rover 110's. Maybe the odd Unimog. Perhaps there should be no sniper/ scoped weapons as the locals aint too accurate anyway.............
