Will Far Cry 2 have Quad core support? I hope it does, the AI, psychics engine, and all the other great feature could really benefit from utilising the increasingly popular quad core technology.

hmm..I hope the dual cores can still make the game enjoyable.

It is only recently that games are making use of dual-core, so it may be a while before games effectively use a Quad-core architecture.

Far Cry 2 will use the best hardware that is available, so Quad-core would be on that list but dual-core systems will still be enough to deal with the game. (As long as the rest of your PC is up to spec too)

so if i buy lets say an Intel Core Duo E8500 that will still be enough?

btw will it be like every "quad core game" at this point? still runs faster with a dual core? or are you guys trying to let it run the same speed on both dual and quad cores? because i'm not sure what i wanna get when i buy new pc....

Really hope people gonna make games which support quad core good don't wanna spend my noney on a quad core when there aint going to be games that support it
