Give the weapons bullet drop at a distance instead of not just dissapearing,and give snipers the ability to choose three different types of ammo:
1.Armor piercing
2. Non tracers
3. Tracer
2.The ability to use any weapon to shoot thru the the chainlink fence for god sakes.
3. Give the grenade launchers all the same blast radius 5 meters or about 15 feet diameter at impact point, except thru thick walls.
4.Flamethrower flames will go thru grates or chainlink fence for God sakes.
5. The ability to go prone and crawl.
6. All large caliber weapons have same amount of damage at close range (except for AS50)it has more power.
7.Allow players to carry increased weapons ammunition loads,with less speed.
8. Allow player uniform customization: Sniper= Ghillie suit, Gunner more ammo pockets, flame weapon = variable fuel capacity, etc.

One last thing...Allow fire to get bigger and allow all vegetation, buildings (that can burn) and vehicles to burn and ability to extinguish fire too.

WEAPONS:

* Realistic damage for ALL weapons, no one is carrying an armor. AK47 & Dragunov = same ammo (7.62)
* Realistic range for ALL weapons. A real shotgun is still very effective over 1.5 meters you know!
* Realistic accuracy for ALL weapons. A real MP5 fires weak 9mm bullets, so no recoil, and tiny stable crosshair.
* Weapon swaying. Looking through a scope without shaking is impossible in standing position.
* Explosives should have a bigger splash damage radius.

SERVER:

* More ranked match settings (custom maps, time & score limit, map sharing...)
* Overall stability improvements (no more "failed to download", disconnected...)
* An option so we can remove some weapons (knife party, rocket arena, shotgun carnage, one-handed, sniper fest...)
* An option to change the time it takes to respawn. (from 0 to 15 seconds)
* Starting diamonds to distribute on gear in unranked match (from 0 to 5)
* Increase the maximum player limit.

IN-GAME:

* NO INVINCIBILITY after respawning. Not even the option to put it back on!
* No more enemy tags in ranked matches, and the option to put it off in unranked games.
* Faster dying animation, or killcam (a mouse clic and you're respawning)
* More durable vehicles.

EDITOR:

* A Texture under all objects (Fort blocks for example)
* All the missing objects that we can only see in Single-Player part should be available in the editor.
* Water Levels & Waterfalls.
* Wildlife to hunt. (Could even be a game mode!)
* An "import/export feature to save a group of objects or custom made structures.


FINALLY:

* Release the SDK so we can finally mod that awesome game our own way.

I would love to be able to share maps from within the same server. For example, I'm hosting and everyone has a ton of diamonds they dont want to lose, then someone wants to add their map to the list. I would like to be able to download it then and there without having to close the server

unless the issue with loosing XP and sumtimes diamonds on RANKED MATCHES!!!! (AND the fact it takes half a mag t kill ppl on story unless u get a head shot) is sorted i think im done with this game for good ! [ps3]

This is already in:
SetSetting respawntime <numeric value> (minimum 5?)
The timer runs while the animation plays it seems.

Im sorry if this has been mentioned but it doesnt show on Vehicle List by ICE....(TY 4 that by the way, nice job)

I would like the ability to Honk the Horn on all vehicles with more than one person.....

This would enable people to run over and board if they wish too.........

Players already crack a few rounds off with onboard gun to let u know theyve boarded.

I think this would be a further Improvement.

I would also like to be able to swivel round easier in driving seat... but with Horn that would be a minor issue..... its a pain at the moment.

-Gun Placements on the map (you all said in the community QA video that you wanted to take a step in the other direction and not make a FC1 with great graphics but i think i and a lot of people would prefer it)

-Proximity Chat Option, to the simaler parameters as FC1 (i played Cops and robbers in the first game and i dont know why but it was never boring and i think your should make the proxy chat option and bing it back)

-Predator Game Type ( O M G i love it we need it)

Add the possibility in ranked mode for players to pick up killed players their dropped weapon, untill you got killed and respawn with your own weapon load out.

Would give the lower ranks in some games a bit more power vs the uber weapons from higher ranks.. AS50,SAW,Auto shotty,gl and mgl...

One thing that I remember FCIP had (not sure if this has been mentioned before) was a basic overview over some of the current matches that were taking place and gamers were able to pick the match they wanted to play. The overview said how many players were in the match vs the limit and how good the connection was.

This is something I would like to see in Far Cry 2.

When I choose a game-mode in Far Cry 2 as it is now it seems to place me in a "random" match fitting that game-mode. I say it like that, because at least once or twice I have experienced getting out of a match, that I did not see going anywhere. Then trying to find another match in the same game mode I get sent back to the same match I exited earlier. Although it has only happened a few times, it's annoying being sent back to the same match four times in a row.

*Self shadow and full body awareness
*Realistic weapons
*Realistic weapon physics
*More healing animations
*Vehicles take more damage before repair
*Proper admin controls damnit!
*More server configurations
*Improve lobbies. atm...they suck. sorry Frown
*Proper & stable ded server support
*Improved network code (argghh lagg)
*Reliable and accurate server browser.
*Ability to display ping accurately as numbers in-game
*Enemy tags 24/7 wtf Frown away with you!


* COOP STORY FTW! *

I would also like my machete to cut down brances...shouldnt it do that anyway? I swear it was intended for it to.

I too would like a faster dying animation. It has always bugged me because I waste an extra 7-10 bullets on them until they fall, but if they just fell when they died it would make for a quicker paced game and make it seem smoother. As well the elimination of turn acceleration! Still love you UBISOFT but unfortunately I am one of just a few who still do. Smile

Maps in general

I ask for the ability to queue up multiple maps for download, like hit a check box then hit DOWNLOAD ALL button or something. since 360s can DL while off or while on away mode it would be good for people to just line up a few maps that theyd like to play then go make a sandwich or something then come back and enjoy 5-10 new maps in like 5 minutes.

Also same thing for Deleting maps via the map management screen, its very annoying to have 1k+ custom maps and not be able to delete more than a few hundred in an hour, same checkbox idea (like email inbox) check maps youd like to delete then hit delete all. sounds reasonable to me right?

Oh and this is just a fools dream but building on that map queue idea maybe have your maps auto update whenever the orignal creator changes/adds something and republishes. that way im not stuck with a slightly different version of a map than my friend thus making him have two or more of the same map..

actually i dont know how it is for pscraps and pcs but i think those could be implemented for all systems if they could be implemented for one.

-Normal grass (Kentucky bluegrass sorta)

-Normal-ish cars insted of gremlins

-Land mines

-Claymores (remote AND tripwire)
-C4 'nuff said

-Faster RPGs I mean WAY faster
-Higher weapon damage (all weapons)

-Not having to switch to the machette to melé

-Be able to cut down/through brush and small trees with the machette (I own a machette it's freaking easy to cut though almost anything)

-Have the devs look at videos from WWII of flamthrowers being used

-Camouflage for god's sake!

-Custumizeable avatar

-MODERN MODERN MODERN!!! how many times do I have to say it?

I've havent play a single map that wouldn't benefit from these things.

First to have a true hardcore the auto aim assist and crosshairs should be taken out, please. Because what is the point of taking enemy gamertags away if you can still just scan the area with crosshairs waiting for them to light up red. Get rid of auto aim assist and crosshairs on hardcore for multiplayer.
