Any chance of posting a recent sample gameplay video in the near future? I have seen the screenshots and read the posts, but I am curious to see how the game plays if even in a video. I am sure there is one out there somewhere (If anyone knows please let me know .. thx) since the game is tentively supposed to be released in the next few months. I am also sure there are a lot of people out there that would love to see something like this as well. Thanks!!
Thanks for the link Kimi. Looks really good and I can't wait to play. I have played through the original Far Cry 3-4 times and played through maybe 75 or so of user made maps (some of which were incredibe).
Hopefully my machine will be able to run Far Cry 2 (P4 - 3.4Ghz, 3GB Ram, NVidia 8600GTS Video Card) ...... Thanks again for the link and I will keep an eye on this site looking for occasional updates and tidbits of information ..
Hi flyer2359, Even though the final requirements for the game have not been posted your machine sounds pretty sweet. The only thing I noticed and that you might have a problem with is the amount of Ram that you have. You said that you only have 1GB. I would up that amount to 3GB (4GB if your machine/motherboard/version of Vista will support it) especially with running Vista as an operating system. You might not need it, but better to have a bit extra then not enough )
There were some estimated requirements released a couple of months back which said that you could run fc2 on med/high graphics on a resonably high end pc by todays standards (excluding the new nvidia gpu's). Hopefully the fc2 team will take a leaf out of IW's books and look at cod4 which runs fantastic on a mediocre computer at high graphics and still looks amazing!
