Hey guys,

Im not new to the forum, ive just not posted alot lol. This may be a silly question, but will there be a map editor for the dunia engine on farcry 2? Like the Cryengine Sandbox? I love making maps, and plan to the day FC2 is out in the UK.

There will for sure be a map editor for Far Cry 2. However we haven't released any details about it yet so stay tuned!

I would love to see Fluid Objects in map maker..

So, You can place objects out side the map.. But they become a fluid and wont take up hardly any memory in the map.. So you could have some nice pretty scenery outside the map.. Insted of getting to the edge of the map and finding a invisable wall which leads to some water.

Also i hope there will be a Glitch Fixer for the Map Maker... Since FCE&FCP Was really annoying since there was a easy glitch you could do to get past the invisable wall.. Which ment you couldnt die, there fore Predatore game play lasted for hours since no one would die -.-"

what would be the chances of something happening like i mention below?

Well in the map editor i would really, REALLY like to see is some revamped Trigens and a revamped Jack Carver models. Just as an extra special addition to the map editor.

Actually i think it would be a fantastic idea to include these small additions. Then map makers can make maps for everyone, even crazy mutant luvers & awesome Jack fans

can you give us any tiny hints just in this regard?

Yeah i agree with finalxdeath about there being objects outside the map instead of just water, maybe some mountains or anything to make it look that little bit more realistic, i would love to be able to raise the water level aswell and make waterfalls andeven dig underground to make caves and things instead on having to use those tunnels in forest that take up your brushes, and you should be able to edit a brush, also while im here what are poeples thoughts on course maps as the creater of the real course's i love them you can just and take time off from killin and just kick back and chill with your friends, and for this i would like to see check points in the editor so if you die you dont have to start from the beginning.liamwilson83@hotmail.com
