LOL Yeah, it a very good board,(please remember me in your will) EVGA is the only way!! They got the stepup program which is cool if you decide to upgrade that card plus a lifetime warranty. I just ordered the following components for a neighbors build... GIGABYTE GA-X38-DS4 LGA 775 Intel X38 ATX Intel Motherboard -$199.99 Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield 2.4GHz LGA 775 Quad-Core Processor Model $277.99 Patriot Viper 4GB(2 x 2GB) 240-Pin (PC2 6400) 4-4-4-12 Dual Channel Kit $129.99 with $30 mail in rebate. He hasn't decided on a card yet. |

Although the HP Blackbird 002 was rated the best gaming PC out of Alienware, Dell XPS, etc. With its amazing custom wiring, and cooling system, and case design.
Like everyone says, you could defently build a better computer custom made for much cheaper. www.ncix.com www.tigerdirect.com(.ca) www.newegg.com(america) even could try www.extreme-pc.ca www.ibuypower.com |

Dude that computer can play EVERYGAME that is out / coming in the next 3 years. And just to get your facts right the way the 8800s go is <from worse to best> 1. GTS 320MB 2.GTS 640MB 3. GT 512MB <memory doesnt mean everything> 4. GTX 768MB 5 ULTRA 768MB Keep in mind the ultra is actually the same chip as the GTX with some minor differences, the only difference is that the Ultra is overclocked. So if you know how to overclock your card, and if your cooling is up to it just buy a GTX for a less. |

If you know that it's really good, why'd you make this thread? :| Somthing tells me your just here to brag. And I'd prefer a core duo, there more stable. (lots of people complaining Crysis was laggy because of there quad-core) |

Ok, now it's time to for my dear optimism:
I now i don't have much chanse to play this game on my current comp, but how much % do i have anyway? 1GB Ram 400 mHz Intel pentium 4, 2.8 GHz The world is full of stories, and from time to time they permit themselves to be told... |

Well, I not too familiar with the 9600SE but isn't it like 128MB AGP card? Anyway, your is killing your chances. Imo you seriously need to beef up your GPU andI can't say it is worth it with what you have already....but it is possible to boost you current system with a X1950XT. Minimum Requirements CPU: Athlon 64 3000+/Intel 2.8ghz Graphics: Nvidia 6600 or ATI X1600 - Shader Model 2.0 RAM: 1GB Hard Drive Space: 6-8GB Optical Drive: DVD Drive |

It is 128MB card, but it is very old. They say that 9600 SERIES (SE) are not good cards. But i disagree with that. In a lot of forums for all sorts of games they said that i have low or none chance to play specific game, but some of them i run on medium or even high settings. But it's true that my whoal comp is 4 years old. And i'm having second thoughts if it's worth upgreading this piece of... metal. So if above mention Min Req will stay so until release day, (but probably not), then i may have a chanse... Once again, my dear optimism... The world is full of stories, and from time to time they permit themselves to be told... |
