I have some magazine and it said the release date, and it was late 2008 (for people who want more specific it was fall or winter)all tough I don't know the day it comes out.

Confirmed by who? At the GDC like two days ago they said late 2008 for all platforms: PC, PS3 and XBox360.

I think it's Q3 of Ubisofts fiscal year (april 08 - march 09) which puts it at the end of 08. There's no chance it'll come in march or april, it would be clear by now if it would come. It would be nice if Ubisoft would clarify the date, since there's been talk of february, march, april, summer, september, end of 08, Q3 and marmite peanut donkeys..
