I've just collect all 221 of the diamonds and haven't got the trophy. On the explaination it says I need to 'Aquire all conflict diamonds in the game available through payment or exploration' does this mean I need to earn every single diamond I can, e.g through missions as well, or should I have gotten the trophy after collecting all 221 diamonds dotted around the map.

A word of warning. Some missions glitch, and your 221 diamond haul could be in vain.

Despite completing all the com tower missions, I never recieved the trophy

Once we did the missons and found all the cases we got the achievement no problem! I don't believe their is a glitch!

There's a glitch for one (or some) of the cell tower missions where you don't get paid for killing the target. I think it happens for the targets riding in a car, and end up crashing and killing themselves too far away from where you are. That happened to me on my diamond run, but I was fortunate enough to have noticed it and simply reloaded the game.
