I'm playing the game thru for the 4th time, but something is wrong with gameplay for me now.

I cannot hide anywhere without alerting ANY passing vehicle. Previously I used to be able to hide in bushes with my camo suit and vehicles would pass me by. NOW... I can be FAR off the road and vehicles come storming from as far as I can see and beeline for me. The same is true for snipers. The moment I come in range I'm getting shot at.

Please note, this is NOT how the game used to behave in the first 3 times I ran thru it to completion.

Is this a known issue, or has anyone else encountered this?

I'm beginning to think the weapon/map pack I installed also suited me up in a bright red santa outfit.

Hi. Ive not finished it once yet so I cant say. Are you on a different difficulty setting?

At the moment in my game I can just duck in the trees and they drive past me (even without the camo).

Sounds more likely to be the map pack.

I finished the game on Hardcore, now I'm playing again on Normal difficulty, and it's FAR FAR worse.

The only thing i can think of is you are on a diffrent diffeculty setting, or your on fire like the olympic torch :P
