Hi just wondering will this game be cross platform with xbox live people?

No details about that yet. I sincerely doubt it though. As far as I know only one FPS made that gamble and it was a disaster. PC and Xbox are just too different.

Very, very unlikely that the multiplayer will be cross-platform.

Most likely, the PS3, 360, and PC players will be on separate servers from each other.
