This game is one of the most addicting games I've played. It was AWESOME!!!! I too had glitches with saving at some points in the game, but figured out how to deal with it before even knowing it was an issue. (just learned about it in this forum) I beat the game a few days ago on infamous level, now I'm going back through to get all the achievements I can.

I don't think a lawsuit should even be a consideration. Too much of that going as it is in this world.

I think its when you start to go for the achievements that you will start to have your problems. It seems to mess up when players have a ton of things done in the game. It didn't start happening to me until I had almost all of side missions done and almost all diamonds found.

The last time we heard anything in this thread, it was March 5th.

It's now April 2nd (nearly a full month later) without any word. Is there any news on the title update? Any vague ETA? A week? Two weeks? ...possibly another month or two? ...some sort of guesstimate would be nice.

No they probably won't release this. UbiSoft doesn't care about their customers, they never have. As long as we pay them for the game, they don't care if we never buy another UbiSoft game again.

Good joke though.

I'm guessing what you'll see is another DLC and/or an expansion pack before you see this release. Hell, they may even try to get some money out of this and charge you for the fix. Seems like something they'd do.

Patch, still waiting for my game to be fixed.
OK I went ahead and got the fortune pack and relized that all my saved games are now corrupted. Why do I have to keep playing from the beginning, I finsh the game so back to the beginning, save game glitch so back to the beginning, I furt I got to play from the beginning and again when the patch comes out, if it does. Funny thing is im still playing GTA SA on a old save. I don't like playing games over and over UBI stop making me play fom the beginning. I just want to finsh my missions and then have a world open to me, why unlock things then. Not my last post just my first.

This is so ridiculous. I've been wanting to get the game so bad with Godfather II. My birthday is coming up and I don't want to buy a game that has a glitch that is spreading like an epidemic. Man, I just want Ubisoft to please hurry up with the glitch so I could get the game and enjoy it. Instead of dealing with the "corrupt save glitch".

stfu bud the save glitch is more of an issue than some petty missing NPC, at least you can still play the side missions and such, we just can't play the game PERIOD.

I've just run into this problem, my only save is stuck at 73%. I go into the UFLL HQ in Mosate Saleo but the NPCs just stand there doing nothing.

This totally sucks, I've invested at least 40 hours into this game.

ubisoft is bugisoft, this game would be great if they fix the errors. gamesaves, guardposts( will not be unlocked though i killed every guy searched every building and the whole area 500 squaremeters near guardpost)
some safehouses has the same problem, i killed everything which moves near safehouse,and nothing happens. any updates coming which will fix these bugs? (xbox360)

Every time someone asks where the patch is, UbiSoft adds a week to the release date (and they kill a kitten too). Fact.

how can i play this game? it wont load saved game, though i made 3(!) saves before the mission,during the mission x 2. and it wont download any of them.
can i return this piece of **** to the store where i bought it? i paid 70 euros for this crap full of errors and bugs.

Hi everyone,

We are still working on getting the title update out to you, but wanted to give you a quick update on the corrupt saved game issue. We have been working on it since it was first reported, and are happy to report that the issue has been identified. We are working on incorporating a fix into the upcoming title update, however please be advised that the fix *may* only be for new saves created after installing the TU. We understand that it is frustrating to lose all those hours put into a saved game (believe us, we ourselves have had to physically play to the point of corruption over and over during troubleshooting), and thank you for your patience as we worked to identify the cause. More information on the fix will be available when the TU is ready for release.

A lot of you are wondering what is happening with the corrupt save bug that causes the player to get stuck at a couple of different completion percentages.
Ever since we received the first feedback on this from our support team and forums we’ve being investigating the issue.

As usual our primary objective was to collect as much relevant information as possible through forums, customer support and so on. We managed to gather a lot of corrupted save games from console and PC users. Unfortunately, all of that data wasn’t helping to understand how the corruption occurs, only what the effect of the corruption was. After trying different hardware and settings for weeks we recently managed to reproduce the bug on a development kit. We are currently repeating the same steps on retail consoles and on PC. After that, we will be able to move on to the next stage where our studio team works on a solution for all platforms.

We fully appreciate that it’s a frustratingly long wait for those of you experiencing this bug. We’re keen to resolve this issue for you as soon as possible and we are absolutely committing all the resources we can towards achieving this.

yeah yeah, just empty words,4 moths has passed and you call that asap? do know what? as this problem is in all platforms, you got pretty "good" reputation now at least im not gonna waste a single euro for your ****ty games.

I just would like some sort of update. Even if to say it not done yet. A weekly update. The silence kind of tells me that you don't care that some of us are stuck in the game. Can disks be replaced? Or credits given for this problem.

For me personally it just makes me that much more careful in buying games made by Ubi .

Come on Ubisoft. I've played this all the way through a second time now and I'm stuck at the pipeline mission again. My dynamite disappears. What's going on?

Any professional SW company (I'm a developer too so I know what goes on behind the scenes) would keep their users informed of progress every now and again.

If the patch is being worked on that's fine. But keep us informed please.

You need to clean your Xbox Cash; to do so you must follow the next steps

Go to the Xbox 360 Interface then go in to system settings >> Memory >> press the "Y" button in your controller >> in the next screen you must press the next sequence of buttons in your controller X, X, LB, RB, X, X. >>the console is going to ask you a question , that asks you if you want to give maintenance to the console , say yes to this question and after that run the game again , connected to the internet please .

If that doesn`t work , you must wait for the patch that is about to be release

clearing cache didnt help. guess i sell/trade this game because it wont work. as you havent given any info when this error will be fixed,thats pretty dissapointing. if customer buys broken product, the seller is should give precice info of the error fixing problems progress.
