I finished the game having collected all the light seeds in every area, but still only finished w/ 1000 light seeds. I collected every seed in each area. Could someone tell me if where you get the last 1?

Presumably you have collected all the light seeds in every area right? If i'm not wrong, you are either shutting down your game after the credit roll when the prince is carrying Elika, or you are just stoning at the 4 trees and doing nothing.

The last seed is gotten when you cut down the 4 trees and the tree of life.

Thanks, but i did get that last seed. I'm thinking my game might have some sort of glitch now because at the map it tells me that i have all the light seeds in each area. Hopefully with an update my game will be fixed.

Save your game - reload - goto the map - you can find the area in which it was missed out

the same has happened to me but im in the middle of the game with 564 light seeds cleared all the area so far i should have 565 saving and reloading doesnt help with this bug any solution please

Yea it suks. I saved my game right before the final fight and it says that I have 999 light seeds, and yet on the map screen it shows that I have 45/45 and 25/25 in every area.

An earlier post said cut down the 4 trees then the main one to get the last (1001) seed. My problem is I have 998. The two I am missing are in the Vale, "Machinery Ground". I got the two on the high platforms already, but can not locate any others. Any ideas where the last two might be. I have spent hours looking around from every perspective, platform, vine, and path to and from this area. They must be hidden someplace. Any suggestions?

I'm guessing it's 1 of these 3 things...

1) You're mistaken. You missed a light seed somewhere and the final one gave you 1000.

2) You didn't get the final one. Don't quit playing when the credits roll. You take Elika out to the alter, chop down each of the 4 trees in the desert, go back to the temple and chop down the TOL and take the super light seed to Elika. This gives you the final light seed.

3) A few days ago I skimmed across some thread on some forum about one of the levels telling you that you've found all 45 seeds when you're missing 2. I don't know where though and I didn't have the problem.

hi eveyone i just want to tell you all that i had the same problem . the map shows that i have every ligh seeds in every area and yet i have 999 . so i think its a glitch in the game . i have checked every area again ignoring the map informations and i did not find any light seeds

Same problem here. I am at 999 with the map showing that I have found all 45/45 and 25/25. And yes, I beat the final boss and got the lightseed afterward only to end up with 1000. This needs to be patched. I don't know if I can go through again for all 1000 (especially knowing that it might now work).

I know it's two weeks later, but I spent 4 hours locating two difficult seeds in the machinery ground. At the machinery grounds there is a path to Heavens Stair. (get to it by using red plate at the fertile grounds. You land at the intersection where if you follow the wall you reach the Construction yard. Heavens Stair is the path away from the wall.) Take this path way from the wall moving from poles to platforms and walls. You reach the two red slides and beat the generic corruption enemy. THEN, GO BACK TOWARDS THE WALL taking the first red slide. Jump to the vines on the first wall. Gripfall down to some vines below and follow the vines to the left for two well-hidden seeds. Maybe these are the ones you cannot find?

It took me a while but I finally got all 1000 seeds. I know the last one is from the end of the game. It took me forever to find the last two in the Cavern. It said I had 1000 from that point and I have max totals in every other area. Time to finish the game for #1001.

did you get the light seed hidden at the temple? it is at the left stair case, keep going on the side of the wall and you will see a small passage, follow that down and you get the last seed.

listen to penrithjon. it took me forever to find those same two seeds. they were the only two in the entire game i couldn't find. if you already have those two, chances are the two you're missing are in between two areas. make sure you follow all paths between areas in BOTH directions. If you follow the whole path and find nothing, turn around and follow it back the way you came. some seeds can only be seen from a certain direction. hope that helps.

i ended up w 999...there is most certainly a glitch in the game..the game did not register two of the light seeds that i found in the caverns....this game sucks to begin with and now i'm even more ****ed off..i spent god knows how long finding all the seed..walkthroughs...you tube video walkthroughs...i found them all...every single one...the game simply did not register two of them..it even says 43/45 but when i watch the video of all 45 being collected i know for a fact that i collected all 45....oh and the ending ****ing sucked..this game is garbage..i love all the previous titles...you ruined PoP for me UBI..you ****heads...hell there wasn't even anyone to kill..what i had to fight like two generics...i'm blowing that out of proprtion to make a point but seriously how many generics did i have to kill maybe 25...lame..i shouldn't b able to count how many enemies i've killed because the number is too great..oh and get rid of the whole RPG style collecting light seeds..****ing gay..go back to me having to kill a foe to obtain the power source i need...you better not **** the next one up UBI..go to hell a**holes
