There are some folks on here that know the PF rules fairly well.
either way it doesn't make any sense at all to me. This counter attack stuff is absolute foolishness. I could see doing that if there is a stalemate for a few turns, but having it work like this all the time is just silly. Anyone who busts their butts to win on a map has it all countered.
Yea, it's the primary front. Since you lost at your primary front at Pamlico and whenever you lose your primary front, all attacks from that same territory automatically fail and you lose the territory.

That is for every attack not just the PF. But tell me why the JSF was "Given" Copenhagen, Then it was given to Russia?
If one faction isolates a single territory from the main body of its controlling faction, that territory is lost and given to the faction that caused the isolation. There appears to be an exception to this rule in that if the uninvolved 3rd faction controls a territory adjacent to the isolated territory they recieve the territory instead of the faction that isolated it.
This has also happened on other occasions such as during the FirstWar, Russia pushed through America through Grissom and then took Springfield and Three Mile Island, isolating USS Regan Seabase. Instead of Russia gaining control of Regan, it was given to Europe causing much grief for the russians as they were forced to invade DC without the aid of airstrikes.

It's given to the faction who controled the territory bording it the longest (JSF Springfield) Then when SPZ took Springfield it was cut off again and given to SPZ since they were the only ones bordering it.
A large majority of the people cannot be reasoned with logically. I find it less angering to accept that it's not that you cannot make them understand, but that they do not have the ability to understand.
