I was told, or at least heard, that if a base or capital was within 2 tertitories and you owned that base/capital, than you would get teh support from in. But yet on the territory mahiylow, EFEC doesnt get any support from copenhagen?
So how does it work.

That's an exception, I think it may have been intentionally designed that way since copenhagenn is in europe and mahiloyow in russia.

It's not biased, if support carried cross region from there then JSF should also get support from reagan on glen albyn, it's a different region just like north america and european territories.
