Ok, now this is day 2 and no one can get a TOW game in 360. I see nothing from Ubisoft on this issue.

My thought process is, if Ubisoft is going to keep brushing everyone off, then they owe everyone a refund for the cost of the game. The premise for the purchase was a promise of a multi player battle unlike anything else.

As much as I hate Halo, I will say it is 100 times more stable. This will affect my thinking when I purchase another game and decide if Ubisoft is really the way to go.
