Hi, I;m new to the game - just got it at xmas. Chose russia, currently level 5 ; 20th armoured. I feels like im playing alone all the time, not much sense of a community or a team with me... i shall start reading these forums etc i guess. playaplayer, shenandoah valley i won a few times, just push forward straight away with plenty tanks and transports with a couple of cheeky artillery up the back.

On Springfield we've gotten a pretty good one going, roll out with something around 2 tanks, 2 transports, 2 artillery, 1 engineer, 1 gunship, and command.
Just have everyone go straight to Alpha the second the game starts(Personally I keep my command parked next to the evac point, but you can bring him along if you choose), capture/upgrade alpha with air support and go from there. Scout for artillery with the UAV or gunships and take down his scouts asap. It really only failed once, we ended up winning but it was an extremely drawn out battle, over half an hour. Only reason we won is we starting killing everything we took down and they evac'd.

I haven't come up with any strategy for Shenandoah, I think it might just be to narrow to do anything but react to the enemy.
Just as a general rule I've seen crossing the river at Sierra is generally much less of an incident than getting over at Yankee.

ps3 people... if you have ANY doubts, don't play reagan. This is the closest anyone has come to taking it.

Hello fellow commies I just got this game and I wanted to know what the quickest way to upgrade my units is

i took ya'lls advice yesterday and stayed away form regen to much arty fire on me =( but grat job guys now march on the capitol (while i fight some petty battle cuz im an x-mas noob)

Im new i join SGB as it was the smallest faction and looked like a great challenge.

So far i've played 3 battles and lost all 3. Im the 20th armoured divison and play on the PS3.

if anyone wants please add me Raved on PS3 if they can give me any advice.

Hey I have some advice play on Skirmish... It is always a good strategy to kill the other teams units off up front so they get mad and leave, there is another good strategy for you.J/J no really. Hit the detanators in Springfield I always get someone wanting to park their artillery next to it. Anti-Tank grenades are great for people who like to rush and I went 1 and 1 at Washington Yesterday. Just runing my mouth try these they work for me.

PS3 I think we need to launch 1 final all out assult on Washington Dc we're close 2 taking it. We're losing in Europe but we control a lot of the US

360 Russians:
The only battle we need to win here is Springfield/Three Mile Island, we can do without force recon in D.C. (It's much less effective in urban maps to begin with)and honestly Copenhagen is meh for us.
Okefenokee should also be won, but we've won there countless times so I'm not to concerned.

If you run into MADLAVA and Numbhand (they play together quite a bit on JSF) just perma-kill 1 or two of their units and they will quit. They're pathetic players who only have a good rep and battallion because they leave at the first sign of trouble. So kill what you can and laugh when they give you a free win.

Deployed 2 units of artilery and directed them using my command vechicle blew the crap out of his artillery and all his other armour before he could manove
