Okay guys, I know that Quid posted how the primary frontline works in that pinned topic, but it diddn't explain it all the way. So....
PF rule:
There are 3 Types of frontlines: Primary, Secondary, and Colliding.

Primary: Your factions primary frontline for a turn is the attacking territory that has the most games played at it. Primary frontline is used to determine where your faction will focus their attacks next turn. (example - If JSF is attacking both Le Ceito and La Mancha from Arribida and at the end of the turn they win both maps with Le Cito: 100 Wins and 50 Losses and La Mancha: 200 Wins and 100 Losses, JSF will take both territories and next turn, JSF will be attacking from La Mancha)
If you lose your primary frontline, you lose the territory you attacked from and any territories that territory was attacking are automatically lost. (example - Using the previous example lets say JSF still won on Le Ceito W100-L50 but they lost on La Mancha W100-L200. In this case, they would lose La Mancha and Arribida and then even though they won on Le Ceito, they would not gain the territory)

Secondary:
Sometimes a faction will attack from multiple territories on the same turn. In this case, whichever area that the primary frontline is NOT located at is governed by the secondary frontline section of the rule. this type of frontline follows the same rules as the primary frontline except that it does not affect what territories you attack next turn. However a win on this front does cause the defending territory to attack that territory next turn. (example - Okay lets use the same example as before again, but this time lets say JSF is attacking SPZ in Grissom too. At the end of the turn JSF wins all territories with: Le Ceito-W500/L100, La Mancha-W1000/L200, Grissom-W100/L50. La Mancha will be the primary frontline and Grissom will be a secondary frontline. Next turn JSF will attack from La Mancha and SPZ will attack Grissom from Rondane. If instead the end of turn resulted in: Le Ceito-W100/L500 La Mancha-W500/L1000 Grissom-W1000/L800, Grissom would be the primary front and JSF would be attacking Rondane next turn. JSF would have lost their secondary frontline in La Mancha so they would have lost Arribida and auto-lost Le Ceito because of that. Next turn, EFEC would be attacking Okefenokee in this situation. If instead JSF won all territories with Grissom still being the PF, JSF would gain Le Ceito and La Mancha and both would be under attack next turn.)

Colliding:
When 2 territories attack each other, it causes a colliding frontline. In this situation every match between the two involved factions is assault. To decide the outcome of a colliding frontline, the Win/Loss count of both territories is combined and the side with more wins takes both territories. (example - Using the previous example again, lets say that Europe is also attacking Arribida from Le Ceito. The matches in Arribida, Le Ceito, and La Mancha would all be assault because it's JSF vs. EFEC, but since Grissom is JSF vs. SPZ, it would still be conquest. Because the combined total is used to decide who wins Arribida and Le Ceito, even if JSF wins W500-L0 at Arribida, if EFEC wins Le Ceito W2000-L500, they win both territories: JSF=1000, EFEC=2000.

Thanks for taking the time to explain this. Hopefully they will make this a sticky thread or add it to QuidProKuo thread.

Where did you get that secondary frontline stuff? I don't think it's correct.

A large majority of the people cannot be reasoned with logically. I find it less angering to accept that it's not that you cannot make them understand, but that they do not have the ability to understand.

Uhh yea...

Sometimes a faction will attack from multiple territories on the same turn.

The only time this will ever happen is when two of the factions would not be connected to a PF territory, so there would be no battle between the two factions. When this happens an assault that is not launched form any territory happens, this assault is just a plain assault with no strings attached, doesn't have anything to do with the PF rules.

A faction never attacks form two territories, only one and occasionally they can preform a assault from nowhere.
