but b has a point outlaw, neither one of our sides can hit efec because they keep getting attacks from nowhere, even when they tow has connecting lines to a territory...because for some reason they are getting free attacks out from their capital. This is an issue with the TOW, it needs to b addressed, honestly roll back the turns on tow viewer and look at efec (try starting at turn 22)
