I had a string of roughly 15 games and I didn't run into a single dedicated unit killer. It could have been the fact that my lvl 12 battalion is getting pretty strong, or that I tend to evacuate my 2 bar troops, but I only lost a few units to my opponent's 'mistakes' (can't ever be 100% sure).
I still have my blacklist and I will kill their units when I run into them again, but the greater community seems to have chilled the heck out.

PS: If you're a dedicated unit killer, please post your XBL handle here so I can just tee off on you on our first meeting. No sense in extending my hand in friendship when you just want to pursue your 'strategy' of killing my stuff.
