Looks like the problem has been corrected.
I got an email from Ubi forums notifying me that our top 3 units get 1 rank promotion. Plus a compensation of 2,000,000 credits. Promotions have also been fixed. --------------------------- Europeans had no idea America would show up to single-handily rescue them from destruction.
