Says will be back on 10:37 uk time on Friday October 2nd... it is October 2nd and now 5pm when is this back up?

Its a day later and its still stuck with the same end date..
Obviously nobody looks at these server from ubisoft..

I have even submitted a ticket, however that will be looked at on the next business day... which is useless on a weekend..

Its now sunday night, two days since the TOW was meant to come out of cease fire..
And its still broken..

This is just pathetic, if I gave such little support to such a public system I would have been reamed and be looking for a new job..

But of course that would also mean that you gave a F**K about your customers

they don't care as you can see from the lack of updates, a good forum mod. Good Job ubi just killed a possible best seller.ubisoft dropped the ball letting a innovate game go to ****.

I mean I've never seen such blatently shi*t customer service ever.. Even Adobe arent this bad..

If this is how UBI want to keep treating the customer base the do have, I can see them becoming defunct rather fast..

Guys, the team is working to get this resolved right now. I'll post more as I get more updates.

I just got a report saying that this should be resolved.

Apparently, the issue was caused by a new implementation logging which the server to respond slowly, resulting in timeouts by the clients.

I'm told that the issue has been fixed. Let me know if you guys are still having problems.

I wish you could respond also during weekends. What is the best way to inform you in situations like this?
