Yup. Welcome to the big "up yours" that is Ubisoft customer care. Of course, it would help if people actually opened trouble tickets rather than just complaining online. That way, Ubisoft corporate would at least have a metric for measuring the lack of customer care we're receiving. I bet you're glad to know that Endwar 2 is being produced by the same people who gave us the original bug-filled Endwar, and who are currently responsible for "monitoring" the Endwar servers. With ongoing support like this, who wouldn't be, right?
