how can i find out wat graphics card i have

hi does anyone know how i can find out wat graphics card i have because there is one point on the indonesia level no single player demo where i cant face forward because it goes black. then if i turn sam around and face to the side it is fine so i just have to move sideways for a couple of paces and then its fine.

Either check with the people who built your PC or go to Start > Run > dxdiag
