How good are those Saphire...etc brands that are powered by ati chipsets, (of course one can't expect tha same quality since it is cheaper); but, how reliable they are and which one of those would be the alternative for a ati made card?
(they are really cheap on ebay)

I'm not familiar with Sapphire cards, but as long as you get a card powered by a 9200SE or better chip it should run the game perfectly.

what exactly does the "SE" means, How about those OEM cards?

se = special edition.. and OEM cards are just cards boxed without all the extra bs like games.
