Let us know what operating system you have as the below is for XP and tell us if it's a modem/router you have if the below doesn't do it for you. Give us as much information so we can help you.

Click Start
Click Control Panel
Double-Click Network Connections
Right click on your internet connection and select Properties
Click on the Advanced tab
If the check box under Internet Connection Firewall is checked then the firewall is up.
<font color="#00FF00">To allow you to host you need to configure as follows</font>
Click on Settings button
Click on Add button
Description: GR 2346 TCP
Name or IP Address: your IP address "check Note"
External Port: 2346
TCP / UDP: TCP
Internal Port: 2346
Click Ok
Click on Add button
Description: GR 2346 UDP
Name or IP Address: your IP address "check Note"
External Port: 2346
TCP / UDP: UDP
Internal Port: 2346
Click Ok
Note: If your IP isn't the same all the time then you may want to use your computer name (which shouldn't change), to find this you can do the following:
Click Start
Click Run
Enter cmd then press enter
In the window that appears type ipconfig /all and press enter, this will show you your "Host Name and IP Address".
