on the roof there are windows in the ceiling, you should see a place where a pane is visibly shattered but still intact, right next to a pipe, shoot out the window, and repel down

I woudl recommend before you go down to shoot out the larger slanted window and then snipe the guard downstairs, because it is not veyr dark in the lobby and it is much easier to take out the guard from the roof (somehow he doesnt hear the window shatter). I used a sticky shocker... a little tough to aim but worked like a charm.

Bah. You gotta be stealthy. You can rapell down then creep up behind him and either nab the guard or elbow him in the back of the head for a silent takedown.

Sniping is for ... people who snipe. =)
