View Full Version : Couple of problems

1) Sometimes when I click on the quit button in LOMAC to end a mission, rather than quitting back to the main screen it exits to desktop. Obviously this can be somewher frustrating after a sucessful mission. I can't play campaign mode because of this. This seems to be a 1.02 problem (fresh install by the way, patched direct to 1.02)

2) I decided to have a bit of a gunzo fight with a MiG / Su 27 vs me in the old F15. Everything's going fine until I get close to the Su 27. Once I get close the machine literally stops. I'm talking 2 fps or less. Once it disappears off screen or I increase the distance between my plane and the Su it's fine, back to normal FPS. Anyone ever had this problem?

Win XP, XP2000, Rad9700Pro with latest Omega drivers, SB Live.

Suggestions?

2) Do you have Heat Blur on? If so, try turning it off.

Yup, it's on - however it doesn't cause me any problems looking at my own haze from plane at all. I tried knocking it off and it didn't help either so I've left it on for now. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif
