I did all the needed updates to 1.5 and when I patched to 1.51 it gives me the splash screen then this message comes up RavenShield.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.and asks to send info to microsoft or something, the game worked fine with 1.50 so I dont know what is wrong. Any suggestions???

I've got the same problem! I'm using 1.41 until Ubi can fix the problem.
They also need to fix the AA problem with ATI cards.

Same problem here. Used to be able to load game and play, now I get as far as the opening screen and then ravenshield.exe has encountered a problem. What gives?

get the 1.0 to 1.51 and do a fresh re-install.
a pain but with so many patches installed some file corruption is bound to happen. especially if you used the no cd crack. core.dll may look the same but patching it may currupt it....
1.51 installed, getting 80-110 fps, no lag, yes i did fresh install, took a whole 30 min to finish....
just backup you needed maps and custom ini's before.

yes and I know its not my comp howver I do have the oem version which came with my sound card but I dont see how that should make a difference anyways I did the retail version and did the clean install at my friends house but it doesnt work with my disc 2 cd, so I have no clue whats going on and I guess ubi doesnt either.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and using the full patch and nothing works!!!!!!!!

I can't try the new patch until I get my new graphic card. It's hard to play games like Raven Shield with a 2 Mb Pci graphic card. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
But when I get the new card (should happen in a day or two) I will make the clean install 1.0 --> 1.51 and report back my findings.
