How many CD's should I have?

I have recently purchased Pandora Tomorrow

However, I only have 3 CD's. The game works just fine, and installed great.. however the Readme states that there are FOUR discs!!!

Here's a rundown why i'm worried:

I bought the game at EB Games, and they don't keep the game discs inside the box. They lock them up in a cabinet then replace the game in the box when the customer buys it. Here's the first problem I had: They put the wrong game in!! They gave me Splinter Cell 1, and not Pandora Tomorrow. Very odd.

Anyways, could someone please shed some light on this? Thanks

oh, and yes i did get that fixed (Got the pandora tomorrow discs)

the read me/manual says 4...but once again its wrong..u should only have 3

The fourth CD is just alternate-language files. It's only included in the International version. North American purchasers should not recieve this disc.
