Seems like you cant change the rim size or color or make it low profile ( like this for example: http://carsreview.info/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/xchpo-fastlaneschevycamaross-customrims.jpg.pagespeed.ic.ihLzMeiRGQ.jpg // this was possible in the NFS and Midnight Club games if someone remembers ).
I would really like those options too.

I also find it dissapointing that there is no decal/sticker editor. Most racing games have one as it adds a lot of personalization and people can get really creative with it.
For now you cant even edit or move the stickers nor change the color of it. Some of them have a black and white version, but that is not really helpful imo.

Is there anything known about those features? Will they be in the full game?

PS: I havent played the beta but judging from several videos and Reddit users, it is not possible yet.

Thats something different I guess.
What I meant is the possibility to edit ( change scale and flip it and so on ) and move/rotate existinf stickers/decals.

MC:LA: for example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=37TqNK-krhk

This was made with just the given forms of decals and stickers. They just edited them and used a lot of different layers and lay them over each other. Its amazing what some people created.

I hope they give us at least more shades of metal colors for the wheels, like darker iron, bronze...
And for the decal things... not sure how it'll work since you might have to skin ALL THE CARS to get a skin

Well it's could be good about size addition. About color, there are more colors at tuner if you press [ or ] -if you not see- there are there. And they are enough. But they are very expensive :). 4 or 5 title in game about mod and color. For example there's Metallic, Adolescent, etc. more for body color, same as Rims -but I forgot their names-

Yes, I agree with this. We need a real livery editor, like the ones in Midnight Club Los Angeles and Need for Speed Pro Street. I didn't play the beta, I just watched some Youtube videos and I am struggling to get a key. The crews need to be unique, how can we achieve this with pre-defined stickers? The only thing that disappointed me in the Closed Beta was exactly the absence of a livery editor.

Threule, skinning all the versions of the car is impracticable, they should put another feature of MCLA's livery edit tool: the possibility to store several vinyl packages.

I was also disappointed when I saw that it was not possible to change the size of the rims.

Please, put this in the game Ubi.

totally agreed with the decal thing, aka vinyls as they are calleed in nfs world, if we get that in th crew cars can truly be unique and crews can use them to make crew logo's or whatever comes to their minds, also would like to see different paint finishes like chrome, metallic or gloss for each show the stickers different.
oh and add a microphone on/off function, most people use skype or C3 or something simular.

added a few examples

Rim size and tyre profile sometimes changes with tyre parts. A bit hit and miss though.. Like the suspension parts.
