hi there,

firstly gotta say i love GR and hope when i get island thunder very soon it is just as fun. however the only gripe i had with GR is the white button used for talking online.

does IT force users to hold down the white button every time they want to talk? or will there be options which allow for "always on" radio or at the very least a soldier of fortune 2 toggle method for handling voice.

im sure there's heaps of fans out there that prefer the GR way of handling voice chat but im not alone when i say it would be nice to have the option at least to toggle the talk feature! eh, maybe im a wuss but sometimes after a long session the button is imprinted in my thumb! not to mention one day i'll end up breaking the damn button accidently /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

hopefully someone can shed some light on the matter.

thanks!

its better to have to hold the button to talk, I actually hate games now with an open channel due to the problems that yu hear everything on their side, them talking to other people, radios blaring and etc....

Pressing the button conserves a significant amount of bandwidth.

yeah i used to like the white button but once I got used to the voice on RS3 and Splinter Cell I no longer miss it and it gets kind of annoying.
