computer is alt tabing when i play

for some reason my computer is alt tabing almost evry game while im playing and on stat page sometimes

Close all programs that interact with desktop, such as ICQ, MSN, Automatic updates, Stickey Keys (hold down shift for 8 seconds or something).

msn not a problem for me, hotding SHIFT or pressinf it like 6 time in a rown make you switch to desktop whit a message about binding.

but when i play i am not geting a messeg from sticky keys or anything like that so what els could be the problem

this is common when running a messenger proggy in the background... turn off your messenger proggy's and your anti-virus proggy...
