I would think that Half-life has a great storyline, you could realize how big the Black Mesa Incident was when you see what the world has become in Half-life 2.

I'd have to say Half-Life, but Monolith's games have always had good storylines. Their games include Tron 2.0, No One Lives Forever, No One Lives Forever 2, and Aliens vs. Predator 2. All four of these games have great storylines that drag you into the game world. I swear No One Lives Forever is one of the only games that I actually enjoyed playing more than 10 times.

The Metal Gear games, the SC games and all of the other Tom Clancy games. KOTOR had an awesome story too!
