Sandbox Editor Help

I downloaded a guide for the Sandbox editor, and follow every little detail it says, problem is, the things it says should appear in the boxs don't, and also, some of the things in the window get cut off. How can I make everything cut appear, and all the stuff, like the 3D map with the (Place Object Here) or whatever thing to appear? I got a warning type thing when I first opened it, but I didn't really think it meant anything.

At what desktop resolution are you running Sandbox? Sounds like 800x600 or something?

All windows should have very narrow scrollbars, i.e. this is the case in the RollupBar views.
