I have been searching and searching for the pub in Ae'gura, with ZERO success. Can someone please tell me plainly where it is, or better yet, post a webshot??

Starting from the bottom at the Ferry Terminal.
First landing, DRC tent. Second landing, there's a crack in the wall on the left. Go through the crack, down the hall to the end and turn right.

Or, from the top of the stairs, first landing down and to the right.

Should be easy to find. There's some barricades and cones along that wall, but you'll be able to get past them.

Speedy, the Kest reference is because of I, Kest, since he evicted Chuckles from his security operation in MotBC, which was in the Kahlo pub.

I was also thinking they may have decided to put the tunnel that is up in the courtyard where the balconys from the palace and that other structure that has the DRC junk on the roof.
