99% of free webhosting will NOT allow you to off-site link an image. That eats up their bandwidth, with no ability to put in their advertising banners. If they DO allow it, you'll be saddled with bandwitdh limiters that will cut your site off after you eat up too much bandwidth in a set amount of time.

If you are talking about PAY sites, I use Boomspeed.com---I use it primarily for storing gifs, jpegs I use on my computer tech forums.

Plenty of free sites host photos, don't be ridiculous. I don't think this was prepared for.
