A great thing about RVS that is not talked about much

Most games have one great weapon and the rest are usless. with RVS there are a lot of weapons that are very usefull and fun to use. You get bored of one gun just play with another. Today i played with an m4 silenced, the famas with scope, L8a1, the the MP5A4 with scope, and the type 97 with scope. I use to play with the same gun day in and day out. Now i try to play with a least 4 or 5 guns.

The variety of weapons is good. Although, they could have done better with the attachments, like actually having real attachments not just "mini scope","silencer","thermal scope", real world ones would have been cool, maybe 4 or 5 different scopes and sites, the right sort of suppressor for each gun and maybe 2 or 3 thermal scopes, like a russian one for the dragunov and 2 different ones for the western sniper rifles. Different HC mags would have been cool too, like clipped together ones, 42 round steyr mags etc.

I find that for the purposes of winning though that it is best to master one or two guns, although I do have fun with the USAS and MAC 11 and the barret.

I agree all those attachments you mentioned would be fun. However, it would be more fun if you could also have 2 or 3 of those attachments at once. I would love to have an M4 with a silencer and a scope.

if they where to let you add all attachments they'd have to rebalance ALL the weapons from scratch, unless they plan on doing it, Id prefer they leave the attachments as is and concentrate on balancing the weapons more IMHO

one thing i would like to see is one that is on all the rainbow six 3s for the consoles. I love the p90 but i dont like the fact that you cant use the scope attatched to it, the mini scope zooms in too much to use it in CQB. the x1.5 zoom like on the aug etc would be very nie on the p90.

Another good thing about rvs is the sound. With eax on it's pretty nice.

But overall the game needs some work imho.
